We assess each project individually. Some projects may be more suitable for small-scale production, while others benefit from larger orders. We also offer sample services if you need to check our quality before placing a larger order.

Does Caamatech offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts. Please communicate with our sales representative, provide order details, and describe the items you are interested in buying in bulk. We will offer corresponding discounts accordingly.

How does Caamatech package products?

Our products are carefully packaged for secure transportation. Each item is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. For fragile or valuable items, we use additional protection with wooden crates to ensure safe delivery and minimize the risk of damage or loss.

How do you ensure the quality of the products?

1. Material Selection:We use high-quality materials matching the intended use, whether metal, wood, acrylic, or a combination. Materials are durable and capable of withstanding weight and stress. 2. Design Specifications:Designs meet functional requirements, including weight capacity, ease of assembly, aesthetic appeal, safety, and stability. 3. Experienced Workers:Over 80% of our workers have more than 8 years of experience. 4. Strict QC:Our quality control department inspects products four times: after wooden processing, after painting, after glass processing, and before shipping. We provide timely production updates and welcome your inspections.

About our SERVICES

How do I assemble my

products?

We include detailed assembly drawings with step-by-step instructions and accessories. If you encounter any issues during assembly, our sales team is available to provide assistance.

What is the production lead time of Caamatech?

The production lead time varies based on order specifics. Samples are typically ready in 7-10 days for evaluation. Larger orders or bulk quantities usually require 20-25 days for production to ensure high-quality standards are met. Exact timelines depend on order details and our current manufacturing schedule.

What is your payment term?

We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Insurance. A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. Orders totaling less than $1000 USD require full advance payment.

 Do you make whole store designs and prototypes?

Yes, our design team can complete your store design using CAD, SolidWorks, AI, etc. For custom projects, we may construct a prototype for your review, depending on the project. Consult your design specialist for more information.

How can I track my order? Which shipping methods do you provide?

We offer various shipping methods, including boat shipping, air shipping, and express shipping. Our partnered express services include DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.

What is your warranty period?

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. Any issues resulting from manufacturer defects qualify for a refund or replacement during this period. Please note, damage caused by improper use or inadequate care of the products is the responsibility of the user.
